WisdomTree U.S. Quality Dividend Growth ETF DGRW favors profitable, well-positioned firms that should have the capacity to raise their dividends in the future. However, it ignores firms' dividend-growth track records and selects stocks partially based on estimated earnings growth, which doesn't always translate into dividend increases or long-term outperformance. It earns a Morningstar Analyst Rating of Neutral.

This index strategy targets high-quality stocks with lofty estimated earnings growth, which confers some benefits. Many of these firms--like Microsoft MSFT and Procter & Gamble PG--boast durable competitive advantages and should continue to turn steady profits. The fund bends toward the quality factor, which has historically been tied to market-beating performance. It has been a bit more defensive than the Russell 1000 Index.

That said, it's unclear whether the stocks in this portfolio can reliably grow their dividends or outperform the market's expectations. The fund's one-year dividend screen is lenient and fails to measure firms' commitments to a shareholder-friendly dividend diet. Earnings growth projections tend to be directionally accurate, but stocks can--and often do--fall short of expectations. Even accurate estimates may not result in dividend increases; firms can plow their profits back into operations rather than distribute them to shareholders. Plus, investors tend to price these U.S. large-cap stocks with reasonable accuracy. Stock valuations often reflect earnings growth estimates, raising the hurdle they must clear to outperform.

Dividend weighting should check the fund's exposure to overpriced stocks. This approach weights stocks based on the dividends they're expected to pay over the next year. When this fund rebalances each year, it pares exposure to firms whose prices increased relative to their dividends and doubles down on those whose prices sunk. While this can emphasize undervalued stocks, it ignores the useful information stored in stock prices and may limit exposure to those with improving fundamentals.

WisdomTree QUALITY AND INCOME FAMILY

In today’s world, the economic realities of COVID pandemic have presented current, and potentially future, challenges for many companies. We advocate strongly for a fundamental quality approach throughout all asset classes and believe focusing on quality characteristics such as return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) can potentially lead to outperformance. Additionally, with Treasury interest rates hovering at all-time lows, investors will need to supplement their income through avenues such as corporate bonds and dividend-playing stocks.

That’s why now may be the time to consider WisdomTree’s family of Quality and Income ETFs.

And again I stood, as if spellbound, and stared at him. His legs, strong ass and beautiful cock head attracted me. Suddenly he turned around and was standing right next to me. Leaning his face into my face, he asked: I see, you like what you see. Then he put his hand in my panties and squeezed.

Now discussing:

Dispersed. Whoever could - he left. Those who could not, were dragged away. Those who could not be fired, they were put with us. We filled our entire small house with sleeping bodies.
