This is a pretty long list of disappointment. Before I go further the woman that checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating so the problem wasn’t her. The room we had was tucked in a corner and the advertised view was a couple of hills over the top of a lot of trees so I wouldn’t say good. The outdoor pool area was overgrown but we didn’t go for the pool. We just needed a couple of days to relax. I did say I’d had many operations and needed some down time. Biggest problem were the beds. I swear they felt like blow up mattresses and made that plastic squeak every time we moved so we kept waking each other up. Since much of my problem was a bad neck and back this was horrible. There was only one light in the place near the beds and it was difficult to see in the evening. The room was clean so I have to give them that. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, the shower( no mention of just a shower) was pretty cramped. The air conditioner worked but was old and very loud. We booked 2 nites but couldn’t stay another nite. No refund was offered though the full price should have been given back. A credit was offered but we were NOt coming back. Before I booked this room I read many reviews and cannot understand why they were good. Cleanliness was the only thing I could agree with. Where did these reviews come from?? Be very careful in this booking. The owners also own the motel next door. Maybe it’s better and we chose the wrong place I just don’t know. So…we went 300 mi home

Check-in was friendly and easy. Room size was average and clean. A little out dated but it felt comfortable. Convenient to everything in N. Conway. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay because of the pending hurricane. I will definitely book again.

Hotel/motel staff were very friendly and accomodating., Wore masks. Gave us extra towels, too. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was very small. No hooks for clothes or towels. But, very clean overall. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place, would stay here again. Price was great, it is an older property but very well maintained and the room was immaculate. Kind staff in both the office and housekeeping. Love that they set out bottles of water and snacks for you to help yourself. Great refrigerator in the room along with a hairdryer and plenty of lighting. The room was very warm, had to actually set the thermostat lower! Nothing bad about this place, best bang for th buck ever!!
