The first room we checked in to had NOT been attended to by cleaning service, so nothing had been cleaned and nothing had been switched. We promptly called the front desk and she was quick in getting us into a new room. She was kind enough to check the new room to make sure it had been serviced. The new room was perfectly fine, but it really smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.

Both staff members helping us check in we're very rude and racist. Also, breakfast was horrible. We received a white bag with an apple a granola bar and an apple juice.

The room was mostly clean, but there was trash from someone else under one bed. There was only one small trashcan in the bathroom and no trashcan in the bed area. We had to pile up our trash on the floor. There were no towels in the room when we arrived, so we had to request them. The hallway floors and walls were dirty. There was an overflow of trash in the parking garage. The staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. I was expecting better for the price.

They didn't have supplies (soap, etc.). Vending machines were broken. The bathroom lights didn't work at all. The furniture was old and looked terrible. Facilities were dirty.

Very disappointed, hotel room spelled like cat pee the furniture in the room was old and torn. Homeless people all around the hotel. One perk the hotel was quiet and close to sofi stadium and LAX.
