Service and Responsibilities:
The Court Administrator’s Office is responsible for managing the daily administrative and support operations of the court and for processing the various cases that are filed in Benton County, including all family, conciliation, criminal, civil, probate, juvenile, and traffic cases. The office is also responsible for collecting all court fees and fines, management of the jury process, and notification of all hearing dates scheduled before the Judges.

Services and Responsibilities
The County Recorder’s office is responsible for recording, indexing, maintaining, and displaying records of legal documents for all real estate records in Benton County.
