Sours: https://www.expedia.com.au/lp/flights/dfw/syd/dallas-to-sydney

Pros: "The plane took off, flew and landed safely."
Cons: "When I bought my ticket, I didn't realize I would have to pay $35 to put a bag in the overhead compartment and $35 to check a bag; only a personal item under the seat in front of me was free (came with the ticket price). This resulted in the ticket being at least $70 more expensive than I anticipated. Probably could have gotten a cheaper flight overall. Also, the plane was 2 hours and 45 minutes late in taking odf, resulting in landing 1:00 am. I picked my flight time deliberately to avoid flying after about 11:30 pm. With the lateness of the flight, I probably could again have gotten a cheaper flight that was scheduled to land in the wee hours of the morning. Finally, the complimentary food was non-existent - didn't even get a cookie or small bag of pretzels. Did get a free drink and water."

Pros: "One helpful person at baggage check."
Cons: "We arrived early at recommended time. The line was so long that by the time our family of 6 reached the front, they had put us on standby for 8 hours later, then that flight was delayed. SunCountry owes me not only what I paid for tickets, but also for my PTO used, my spouse’s PTO and the expenses incurred which include food and the UBer because the car rental will be closed by the time we arrive. This may include the extra expense now of a hotel night at our destination. I could not be more disgusted."

Cons: "Long check-in line Bag was lost"

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for my seat. Then I was suppose to leave at 5:55 PM. Then it was changed to 6:45 departure time. I get to the airport my boarding pass said boarding 7:15. I looked online to see if there were any delays come to find out there was I asked the lady at tge counter she stated that there was bad weather coming this way. Then she made an announcement saying there was a delay due to an international flight that landed in Dallas. They needed to change the crew, clean up and do security check. This was an experience that I have never had to go through. This was inconvenient for not only myself but the people who were picking me up from the airport in Dallas. The seats are way too tight. No leg room nor room between the person next to you."

Pros: "The seats are closer together - by my measurement 10 in between the back of the sone in front of me and my armrest. Luggage is checked luggage is $25; on my flight to Minneapolis, my luggage was lost for 30 hrs and wet on the inside when my daughter picked it up the next afternoon. It was not raining when our flight took off from NYC. The seats seem thinner on the cushion and if someone puts their seat in front of you, even slightly, it is very cramped. The flight was about 1/2 hour late taking off with what I counted as at least 10 planes ahead of us - most domestic - SW, other SunCountry and Delta. I have flown Sun Country periodically for the last 10 years. Now, I am done for all the reasons listed above. I have flown on other airlines this year and other than Alaska this was the least comfortable - actually it occured to me in an emergency it would have been very difficult to get out of my row. I understand this is a business - just not interested in buying from it."

Cons: "On July 7th, I was flying from JFK to MSP and then from MSP to PDX. Somewhere on the way, Sun Country Airlines lost my bag and they don't seem to have any idea where it might be. I was forced to spend my entire vacation without my bag. It's been 16 days, we called the baggage services office several times, wrote e-mails, even talked to someone in person in the MSP office and yet nobody's able to help. All we got were promises for a call back about the status of the claim, but nobody ever calls or responds to e-mails. I'm extremely disappointed and will call DOT and FAA if I don't get a response very soon."

Pros: "Desk staff member very helpful When departures was busy more staff were called immediately"
Cons: "Difficult to navigate online payment for extra baggage. Inconsistency about carry on sizes We paid for extra leg room in an exit row and we're given a very brief safety talk while 2 others asked to sit in an exit row and were given no instructions"

Pros: "I got from point A to B on a non-stop flight. Desk staff and flight attendants were polite and accommodating."
Cons: ""Lowest fairs!!" and then on check in they nickel and dime you with extra costs for even a carry on AND to choose a seat that you already bought!! I mean, you don't have to. You could always just wait until check in at the airport and get thrown into a middle seat. Saving extra money was what pushed me over the edge here, but after all the fees after booking was paid for and experience, I would have gladly paid the extra money to fly Alaska Airlines. Also, you would think on a 5.5 hr flight that occurs over/near dinner time there would be more food options than just snack packs. Even that was mediocre."

Pros: "My intention was to fly from DFW to MSP"
Cons: "Missed my family reunion and graduation. Big disappointment"

Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "I paid for my ticket, but when I went to check in the day before my flight there were fees I had to pay that I was not aware of and had no choice but to do so. They do not offer and free carryon bag. If you pay online you have to pay an extra $30 for a carryon item or $20 for a checked bag. These fees apply to your destination and your flight home as well. On top of that, you have to pay for your seat. All in all I was not happy with my experience with sun country. I am normally not someone who writes poor reviews, but this was definitely the worst airline I’ve ever used."

Cons: "There is none"

Cons: "Sun Country should warn the average family and business traveler if they intend to cater to drunk 20/30 yr old adults on the first leg of their Florida vacation. Instead, 2 of the flight attendants joined in the loud chants and cheers. The flight attendants attitude was disappointing, and unprofessional. Their motto should be "Party Plane". About 12 loud and obnoxious party goers made it a miserable flight. One flight attendant asked them to quiet down. Two flight attendants joined in with the partying and yelled and chanted along with them. One flight attendant ignored the situation."

Pros: "Plane was comfortable and modern. Crew was terrific."
Cons: "I could not use my phone app to check in! The airline attempts to charge you to $20 per person for online check in if you want to pay for baggage on line. You can, but then additional fee for seat selection is charged. STUPID! Instead, they must keep more counter agents for people like me who refuse to pay more for a seat I booked. Why can't you be like United. Let me check in and select my already paid for seat online and pay for my bag ahead of time! Then all I have to do is get my baggage checked at a kiosk and drop it off with a baggage agentband go through TSA and to my gate. Keep it simple stupid Suncountry."

Pros: "The crew were nice and professional and efficient"
Cons: "We had to deplane and switch to another aircraft after boarding was complete the first time. We arrived almost two hours late, in the middle of the night, I was really hungry by then. Some complimentary snacks or something would have gone a long way to making it up to us. I had screaming children behind me and I know that's not entirely the airline's fault, butthe delay contributed significantly to the children's misery and thus ours, and the in-flight announcements were way too loud; they woke them up abruptly and started tantrums in several places throughout the cabin."

Pros: "The flight crew was pleasant. The refreshments were great along with the carry on bags and seat selection when buying tickets."
Cons: "The plane was to hot. There were lots of passengers complaing about the heat. We also had to wait on the runway to take off for 40 minutes. The course of the flight was also uncomfortable due to certain passengers that wouldn't cover their mouths when coughing or sneezing. I even offered the individual cough drops and they had denied them and continued hacking. Then when landing in Orlando we had to wait to be taken to our gate. We were told that we were supposed to go to gate 97 but there was an American Aircraft in that location so we had to wait for another gate for 20 minutes. I know those last 2 events aren't really under the control of Sun Country, but still it was a pain."

Pros: "I generally like sun country so I hope the feedback gets heard because you are usually my favorite airline. Notification early about flight delays we good."
Cons: "Flight 103 was supposed to be at 1:30. Delayed at 10 or 11 am to 3:08. A little in the day to have a major delay putting us into Vegas right at rush hour with higher taxi pricing and headache. Once we were at the airport the delays continued. We didn't finish boarding the plane until after 330. And then had to sit on the tarmac while they tried to squeeze us in. Then landing you could tell we were circling airport while they tried to find a spot for us to land, either that or it was a bad route because it involved a lot of sharp turns. We landed almost two hours late, which for a 48 hour Vegas trip is harsh. All we got in return was an apology. Usually other airlines will at least give you the full can of pop or something minor to off set the bigger inconvience."

Pros: "The way they treat the passengers with care."
Cons: "there was no entertainer Chennel"

Cons: "Flight was 2:00 hours late, which felt even longer because my in-bound flight on Thursday was 1:30 hours late. They didn't really explain why it was late. They just said "traffic in the NYC area," which could mean anything. I didn't get a ticket until the gate, which I hate. And because the flight was delayed, I never got a ticket until we boarded. The only good thing was they gave me an exit row, which was comfortable and allowed me to get on the plane first. But that was just luck. Probably not flying Sun Country again."

Pros: "The staff was friendly.... but other than that, it was a terrible experience and I will never, ever fly with them every again. Actually, a group of thirty or so of us are filing a civil law suite for how we were treated."
Cons: "We were left at Waco Regional Airport at 1AM and transporation was not arranged util nearly 430 in the morning. There was no sun country staff to assist with travel arrangements. We were abandoned at a closed airport for hours. Eventually, I got the one and only uber still running in waco to drive me at 330am from waco to dallas. There has been no reinbursement of fares or compensation for lost wages, time and the general annoyance that being awake all night long caused. If you would like to know more information, please feel free to contact me via phone 972-765-0570"

Pros: "The headrest were nice, no neck pillow was needed because of how I could adjust it. Checking in was very quick and painless, something I appreciate very much. Drink service was nice, they did come around more then expected. The staff was very nice an accommodating , very friendly when we boarded the plane."
Cons: "Seats were very uncomfortable. I brought my husband for his first flight and I had told him how comfortable flying was, but when we boarded the plane he was a little horrified about the seats. He said, "they look like metal skeletons with pleather stretched over them." Yikes, I was a little embarrassed for telling him how comfortable he would be. I usually fly coach and I guess I was surprised not to find better seats and screens for movies attached to the back of the headrest (that sounds terribly spoiled, sorry)."

Pros: "Friendly staff and affordable ticket! Plane was on time."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and plane was on time"
Cons: "Deboarding took awhile and I couldn't hear the captain over the speakers"

Pros: "The boarding method went the quickest of all flights I've been on for both flights. Check-in in MSP was quick and some of the attendants were friendly based on what I overheard. Staff in SAN was friendly."
Cons: "A new mom was in the aisle walking to keep her baby quiet and to stretch her legs (after the drink, snack, and trash carts had gone by) and had her back to a flight attendant also coming down the aisle. She was talking to another parent on the flight when the attendant came behind her and told the woman, "Excuse me. Some of us are still working." Her tone was suuuuper rude and uncalled for. A friendly "excuse me, please" would have been just fine and would have gotten the job done. I went to the bathroom a couple minutes later and the attendant was on her break and eating, so maybe she was hangry, but still! Seats were uncomfortable on both flights, but not as bad as Spirit Airlines. I had bad low back pain afterwards, even after getting up to walk partway through the flight. This is something I've experienced on a couple other airlines too, but the legroom on planes has gotten worse. For those of us with long legs, it's a huge pain. I'm 5'9", so I can't imagine how it is for someone taller. The legroom on Sun Country was just as bad as other flights. Probably a strange complaint, but the seat back pocket had a bar running in the hem, so when I put my water bottle inside, the entire pocket stuck out as far as my water bottle. This meant I had to choose between having the pocket rub against my knees or hold my water bottle between my thighs. Neither were ideal. The check-in in San Diego was painfully slow. There were three people standing there, but only one person seemed to be checking people in. The staff was friendly here. A Sun Country employee at MSP told a man he had to check his carry-on suitcase because the wheels stuck out of Sun Country's tiny metal carry-on test box a CENTIMETER. I kid you not. Absolutely ridiculous. I saw much larger luggage come onto the flight. The woman who checked me in was quick but I wasn't able to ask any questions before being sent away. No free snacks or entertainment which seem to be included on most other similarly priced airlines. The food for purchase (burgers and Jimmy Johns or something) made the plane smell bad. I asked for coffee with cream and sugar as my complimentary drink and was given the powdered creamer packets. Fine, okay, I understand if that's all they have, but then I saw them walking through the aisle later offering coffee and they had creamer cups in their aprons! No one asked me which kind I wanted. :("

Pros: "Crew was very nice"
Cons: "Not much to dislike, fast flight"

Pros: "Cabin temperature was closer to a comfortable temperature than the flight to MSP."

Pros: "Left on time, landed early. Comfortable seats. What more can you ask for on a flight."

Pros: "It was a direct flight."
Cons: "We were late departing and arriving, which created a problem for a meeting I had to attend. On top of already being late the exiting of the aircraft was poor. No announcement was made for wheel chair people to wait until the end, and naturally held up the exiting of the aircraft. This was my first experience on Sun Country and the flight attendants allowed people to use the bathroom in the front of the aircraft, but at hour 3.00 when i walked up to use it - i was then told to go to the back. After I watched many people for HOURS freely use it. Not just when the cart was in the aisle either. Just not consistent in their directions and follow through making it confusing for passengers. There was no wifi, so I couldn't work and there was no entertainment on board. I won't be flying Sun country again."

Pros: "This was my first time flying SunCountry, and I felt like it was significantly better than most domestic airlines that I have been on. For example, I would choose to fly SunCountry before Delta or United ANY day. So thank you for a pleasant flight."
Cons: "My ticket was flagged for security reasons, and was not discovered until I was boarding the flight. As a government employee, I completely understand randomly checking passengers for TSA. However, the gate agent refused to tell me what was going on or even say that I needed to go through security again. I didn't mind that I had to do this...everybody has a job to do. But I did not appreciate the rudeness of the gate agent. I also did not appreciate that TSA did not catch the information on my ticket when I went through security almost 3 hours prior to the ordeal. While I understand that this sounds like a TSA issue, my issue is more centralized with the gate agent. She was nice enough to talk to the pilot and hold the flight for me, since clearly I wasn't a security concern and I was cooperative...however, her attitude and refusal to explain to me why I had been stopped at the gate was unacceptable. When I passed through screening (because obviously I was not a threat), she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I still have no received a full explanation for what exactly happened...my best assumption is that it was a random flag on the ticket for passengers. Her lack of apology and lack of reasoning for the situation left me confused, and delayed the already delayed flight by another 40 minutes. While I reviewed the Boarding as "OK" given that I was still have to get on my flight, I am nervous about flying SunCountry again due to the way the situation was handled by the gate agent."

Pros: "The crew was great--very pleasant and attentive. Flight was smooth with an easy landing."
Cons: "At the Sun Country desk in Minneapolis they told me they couldn't check my bag all the way through to San Francisco because they didn't have an arrangement with Virgin America. I learned in Las Vegas after claiming injury checking my bag that they do have an arrangement, and that agent just didn't know about it. Kayak should never have allowed me to book a ticket where I had to re-check my bag and go through security again without a big warning, so I'm unhappy about that. Additionally, it seems like Sun Country needs to get his ducks in order regarding baggage agreements. The change in Las Vegas was stressful and involved switching terminals as well – not ideal."

Cons: "Had a rehearsal dinner for a wedding to attend I missed because of a delayed flight"

Pros: "Nice flight attendants."
Cons: "The flight was about an hour late taking off and boarding was interrupted part way through the process so there were some people sitting in the plane for all this time and some people sitting inside the airport boarding area for all this time. No explanation whatsoever was given about what was going on. The aisles on the plane were so narrow that I could just barely roll my carry-on bag down it. The head of the guy sitting in front of me was almost in my lap. I couldn't even lower my tray table all the way down to a flat position to set my beverage upon because his seat was so close to mine. When the flight was almost to its destination, we had to circle the airport for awhile because Obama was landing at this time too. We were never told of this possibility until it actually happened. Why not ? We arrived about an hour and a half later than our scheduled time. With all these inconveniences to us, absolutely nothing complimentary was given to us passengers to make up for their incompetence and how our travel plans may have been disrupted. This was a bad experience and my last with Sun Country."

Cons: "Terrible boarding/gate crew and process."

Pros: "On time, efficient boarding"

Pros: "I liked the time and direct flight from MSP to Boston."
Cons: "From the time we were waiting for the plane, the attendants at the airport gate came across rude / and threatening when asking for people to check their carry-ons. While we had no carry-ons it was very striking as I have never heard this kind of communication in decades of traveling with different airlines. While on the plane, we sat in the absolute back seat, and also caught "attitude" of attendants when they communicated to one another about the carry-ons they were holding for the agent. Eye-rolling and tone. These frustrations should not be aired to customers."

Pros: "Easy access to loading helpful customer service checking in great service on plane . The attendants were so pleasant. Loved the whole experience."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Efficient boarding"
Cons: "Crowded Would like a bigger glass of water"

Pros: "fast and good services"

Pros: "I would like to comment on a flight attendant named Jordan. Once beverage service began, she was an ideal flight attendant: bright, effervescent, personable, attentive, even solicitous. But..."
Cons: "...in the hour preceding beverage service, she sat in the rear galley and talked NON-STOP. She seems to have a very strident, penetrating voice. In fact, other passenger (not me) even asked for quiet so that he could sleep. In her defense, she cut the volume in half, but that wasn't enough to keep the back rows from overhearing her running commentary (maybe it's the fault of the acoustics in the back of the plane) on a thousand inane topics—when does the woman breathe?. I'm certain that she was hired for her sunny, outgoing personality, but she needs to realize that passengers who board a plane for a 7 a.m. departure are looking to make up for sleep lost to getting to the airport in time for TSA. Until 8 a.m. sullen and silent would be preferable to nice but noisy."

Pros: "Booked this flight months before I took it on KAYAK. Got to the airport and saw the sign that said "ask about our affordable upgrades". I asked and it was totally affordable. I bumped myself up to 1st class on both flights for $280 total and it was absolutely amazing. The flight staff was so attentive, the food was great and they were not shy about making sure I was getting enough to drink. Overall, this was a great airline that seemed to actually care about the people on the plane as opposed to other 1st class experiences I have had where people try to get the most out of you for the least amount of effort. Sky Country took the time to make me feel like I was worth it and that made all the difference. Would 100% recommend."

Pros: "Ticket and gate agents were very helpful."
Cons: "Flight boarded late."

Pros: "It went well"
Cons: "Nothing to complain about"

Pros: "Staff were friendly, at the curbside check-in, ticket desk, gate and on the flight. The airport had free (but slow) wifi for 45 minute sessions. There were tables by the gate (MSP H1) where you could sit down and charge and work on your laptop. The plane was full so they offered passengers to get their bags checked for free (and gave them priority after first class & families with infants) The person at the gate was able to change my middle seat to an isle seat. At least during the delays we were not in the plane sitting on the tarmac but in a reasonably spacious terminal."
Cons: "They advised that I needed to be at the airport 2 hours before the flight, when I am used to 30 minutes with no check-in luggage. The best online check-in didn't work. I was inexplicably 'restricted' so I needed to speak to a supervisor in order to check-in (maybe because of the problem with online check in? They couldn't tell me why). The outbound flight was delayed two hours. There was no free food or snacks on the flight, only a cup of soft drink with ice (a third of a regular sized can), so I just chewed my ice for the remainder of the flight. There was no entertainment nor wifi on the flight. They also seem to have some unusual rules - no laptops in the seat back pocket, no alcohol unless it is purchased on board, no use of cellular devices after the door is closed (flight safe mode ok)"

Pros: "The flight attendants were kind, the flights went well. The price was pretty good."
Cons: "I was disappointed that the price only dropped since we purchased our tickets. Usually they get more expensive as you get closer to the flight date. Also, I didn't know when I booked that there were fees to check luggage - that's why I specifically chose Sun Country over Spirit. I also was led to believe that I had to pay for a preferred seat online, when they hold free seats to be assigned at the airport."

Cons: "More selections for lunch and breakfast.....cheeseburger isn't a healthy option"

Pros: "Flight was comfortable and well done. Plane was clean."
Cons: "The boarding process was chaotic. It started late and the gate agents (one in particular) seemed grumpy and frustrated. I have seen before that SunCounty boards First Class before families will strollers/infants. However, this was a flight to Florida so full of small kids. It would speed up boarding to get those people into the plane to set up car seats, small kids etc. Also, the boarding was hectic enough that the gate agent forgot to board small children, they did pre-boarding, first, exit row, then started with rear seats. There was confusion and all the families rushed the gate. could have been managed much better."

Pros: "Sun Country's customer service was amazing. Our flight to Mexico everything went well and we were treated well. Our flight home from Mexico we had to change. My wife became extremely ill and under the direction and OK to fly home from Doctor Gonzalez It was in my wife's best interest to leave Mexico early. On phone your Reservations person was wonderful and helpful in giving us our best options. We followed her directions and when we got to airport the gate agents and , a personal wheel chair person, were amazing . Our wheel chair person for flight 572 - 2/26/2016 was your best advocate of what your customer services is. She knew every phase of the operation of your Airlines. she represented your Airline very well. She loves her job and does her job superior to others. In Mexico they made the process of flying home easy for us. We were so afraid that my wife would not be able to go through the process but they treated her so gently and lovingly and made sure we got home stress free. They treated both of us like they knew what we had been going through and knew just what to so to make us feel special and at peace. I must say your Mexico agents are well trained and professional. They made sure that we were well taken care of as well as the other passengers. We were at the Airport early and I had a chance to view how others were treat, wondering if it was just us that they made feel special, It was not just us they made everyone feel special. I just can not thank your Mexico team on the morning of 19 February 2016 enough. We are truly truly grateful. When we arrived at our home in USA a wheel chair again was waiting for us at the aircraft door to take us through customs and to a cab. Again our wheel chair person again was amazing in making sure my wife would be OK through the customs process. THANK YOU SUN COUNTRY WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. WE ARE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. John"

Pros: "Our flight was ahead of schedule even though we boarded a little later. The staff was friendly and the flight was calm and quick!"
Cons: "Nothing to complain about. It was a fairly short flight so I didn't use the food or entertainment services"

Pros: "New plane crew was friendly and pleasant"
Cons: "Charges for luggage, time of flights"

Cons: "No free snacks"

"Worst flight ever ! 2 hour delay for nothing couldn’t even buy a water. Ridiculous"

"I liked nothing flying from ATL to Denver , flight was delayed 4 hrs , we were told to move from one terminal across the airport , then was told to move back to the same spot later when we were told the flight will be leaving at 12:12 vs 1:46 am which means they moved us three times . When we got back to the first spot which was d1 from e1 we were then told we will be departing at 1:46 😂. I had my wife and daughter , we were never offered anything at all , when we used the vending machines in the airport nothing worked no stores open at all. When we finally got told to board we were placed in the tunnel for over 20 min , then where It got real bad was in the plane , take note we were all tired hungry and wanted something to drink . We then board the plane , we sit down and I asked the Stewart if I could have some water he told me when we are in the air , I told him thank you and tried to get comfortable as we have Been sitting in an un air-conditioned airport In The section we were in . As I am sitting there the same person I asked gave multiple bottles of water to certain individuals , I was flabbergasted at that point but wait gets even better . I am exhausted at this point as I have walked miles in this airport with my wife and daughter . We get in the air and he gives me a small half cup of water , lol what a kind gesture . The cabin lights dim besides where the stewardesses are sitting , about 15 min goes by waiting for the plane to get dark so I can fall asleep but remember hungry and tired . I watch two of them start cooking ramen noodles , cup of noodles , chicken and sweet potatoes, make tea and drink multiple bottles of water mind you hungry , tired . I then watch then have a full blown conversation and eat right directly infront of me , no social distancing at all , concerned at this point hungry , tired , thirsty , gets better . Two more come up they start to eat no social distancing 4 people full blown conversation , lack of other people's space , inconsiderate, we ask them to quiet down alittle so they continue with no mind being very rude and unthoughtful of how much everyone went throught from the nasty floor, unconditioned area of the airport, to the vending machines that don't work, the flight delay moving my family three times , watching people eat with no consideration of others , no way to sleep cause 4 frontier stewardesses wanted to eat , discuss there issues, and carry on like we don't exist with the lights on the entire flight in the front of the plane , my entire Tuesday was wasted , now today not doing so well as you try and give us 50$ voucher ."

Pros: "Smooth flight great pilot. Easy boarding"
Cons: "Not much"

Pros: "No"
Cons: "That they at least provide water or snacks"

Cons: "Everything"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 5 hours with no explanation"

Cons: "Really uncomfortable seats that do not recline, several people constantly taking off masks, they charged for water (3$), no WiFi option or entertainment at all, tray table is too small to put anything on"

Pros: "Execution of the boarding/ exiting process"
Cons: "A little more space"

Cons: "Separate the individuals on the flight. Many seats available in the back and yet they crammed everyone in the front side by side with the covid-19 conditions just not smart planning at all"

Cons: "Did not fly the had to change the flight frontier website does not work with safari. I change the flight an hour after I mad the flight and they said because I did not use google chrome that the change were not made they waned me to pay 402 to change a flight that I booked for 194. I could have bought two more tickets for 284. The told them that is what I need to do. By the revues I saw on line the did the same thing to at least 10 other people. Frontier said that a customer only has 4 hour to make a change to a flight. I talk to sever travel agents and was told we have 24 hours."

Cons: "Just was delayed flight was to be at 8:41 and delayed to 1:49am sucked cause was very sleepy lol but other then that all was well thank you!!!"

Pros: "Boarding was quick and easy. Stewards were courteous."
Cons: "Seats are fairly hard and narrow for a large individual made worse by the protruding arm rests."

Cons: "Nothing because everything is good."

Pros: "crew was really nice and was genuinely a comfortable flight over all"
Cons: "cabin service"

Cons: "The flight was almost full. Disgusting"

Pros: "Absolutely awful! I have never seen such a ridiculous airline before. More than 3 hours delays? Unbelievable! I am now at Miami airport stranded because of the long delays with Frontier flight from Atlanta. This is absolutely unacceptable!"
Cons: "Absolutely awful! I have never seen such a ridiculous airline before. More than 3 hours delays? Unbelievable! I am now at Miami airport stranded because of the long delays with Frontier flight from Atlanta. This is absolutely unacceptable!"

Pros: "Arrived in one piece"
Cons: "Departure was approximately 40 minutes late due to the plane arriving late. If you fly Frontier it’s you know... business as usual. I fly a lot and every other time with this airline has the same issue. Upon arrival we waited approximately 32 minutes until we were able to deplane. Crew unapologetically explains that since plane is going to maintenance we are at a shorter gate hence the delay - it is what it is. We are getting off some makeshift jetway. What?! At this point the passengers are ready to walk down the tarmac. I’m just glad it’s over."

Pros: "Boarding the plane was simple and like most other airlines"
Cons: "First and hopefully last time flying Frontier. Carry-on baggage charge of $60 per person at the gate and only $35 online...added bag online to avoid additional fee. Boarding was fine, but had to wait 45 minutes past take-off time for mechanic to sign off on all maintenance items for plane. All the while, the crew stood around and didn't make anyone aware of anything, almost like it was something that happens to them all the time. Very unprofessional and clearly not focused on the actual people on the plane. The flight attendants were chatting with each other like they were off work and NOT attending to anyone. Very poor crew."

Pros: "the beginning price - maybe?"
Cons: "I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time."

Pros: "The baggage claim girl in Atlanta was Wonderful she was very pleasant to me and my boyfriend and expressed a genuine concern about my unfortunate circumstance. Mariah (Frontire baggage claim girl) did everything she could to make sure I got my Bag back and called as soon as it arrived Thanks Mariah !!!!"
Cons: "They lost my bags I was flying to Atlanta from Phoenix and my bag ended up in St Louis ... i would assume that if your going to make me pay for my checked bag it would atleast make it to the correct destination. The crew wasn't as pleasant and friendly as I'd like them to be but did there jobs (I guess) then we had to sit and wait for a gate .... the only reason why a gate finally opened up was because people started asking for snacks. Overall there was nothing special about this flight I was upset that I didn't have my luggage from the beggening of my trip but the day before I left my bag was recovered . The ticket was inexpensive but I'm not sure if it was worth the hasstle Then I had to pay for my bags coming back as well. Suggestion maybe have a 50% voucher ad a courtesy from sending a bag to the wrong destination."

Pros: "We never took the flight as we waited in the airport 2 hours from boarding scheduled for 8:00 p.m., as suggested, until after 2:00 in the morning, when we heard not from Frontier, but another passenger, that the flight was canceled. No flight was available until Christmas Eve, six days from the current flight, and so we spent considerably more money for all three of us to get home with another airline. I, nor any of the three of us, nor anyone we've told our story to, wishes to ever fly Frontier again. It is an event that will certainly impact our decision to fly Frontier again, without a doubt."
Cons: "No flight No announcement right away about the cancellations, nor the delays Multiple reasons for the delays No definitive answers about what was going on Multiple additional expenses on our end that we hadn't planned on. Vouchers, but weren't enough to completely compensate for hotels"

Pros: "The price was good, but still not worth the money. Landings and takeoffs very smooth."
Cons: "Denver to Atlanta one of two bags lost. Delayed our trip to Asheville by several hours and arrived in the dark, much to our chagrin. The bag was 'driven' directly to the house the next day. On the return, the bags were nearly an hour late before appearing. We were over charged for bag fees. Computer did not show the checked bag purchase at booking, so were charged full 'at the gate' price. Seats are uncomfortable and do not recline. Rows too close together. Every seat filled, making the flight noisy, crowded and uncomfortable. The flight was definitely NOT worth the savings."

Pros: "The crew on my flight from Dallas to Denver did nothing about the obnoxious children (6 & 9yrs old) behind me who kept screaming, yelling & kicking my seat & the one next to me. The little boy behind my neighbor stood up & hit the man on the head."
Cons: "While waiting on my flight in Denver to go back to Dallas they changed gates on at least 5 different flights & it was very confusing watching groups of 50-100 passengers moving back & forth. This all happened in about 15min & my flight was called to board during all this chaos but because the woman making the announcements did not speak very good English I along with several others missed our flights. When i went to customer service to rebook my flight they tried to charge me $100 to rebook!!!!! Other airlines will try to book you on the next available flight thru another airline. Frontier told me the next available was 24hrs later, same time the next day. I was supposed to be back at work the next day. So i ended up spending $150 on a hotel room that i couldn't really afford. I WILL NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER AGAIN."

Pros: "The only thing I liked about Frontier was getting off of their plane."
Cons: "Where to start? The 5 hour delay was horrible. The customer service was non existent. I've never see such rude people. We asked for their names to report them and they refused to give us their names. They lost half of our luggage. All of this was just the outbound flight. On our return flight we walked up to the gate right as they were closing the door. Thy refused to let us get on but offered to rebook us another flight 2 days later. Asked the speak to a manager and it turns out she was a manager....lol. We had to buy another flight on Southwest Airlines to the tune of $325. All of this and never once did anyone apologize or try to do anything to make it better. There is a reason Frontier is cheap. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from them as you can."

Cons: "THE FLIGHT KEPT BEING DELAYED ALL DAY AND THEN IT WAS CANCELLED. PASSENGERS HAD TO SECURE OTHER FLIGHTS TO THEIR DESTINATIONS. SOME EVEN MISSED IMPORTANT EVENTS LIKE FUNERALS, CRUISES APPOINTMENTS, ETC. I WAS A DAY LATE FOR MY EVENT. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IMMEDIATELY SO WE COULD HAVE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS EARLIER. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND WILL NOT CONSIDER FLYING FRONTIER IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!! THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES."

Pros: "I was transported safely from point A to B. That's about it."
Cons: "Check-in was atrocious as we watched the clerks migrate from one crisis to the next, and no TSA pre-check. WAITING at every stage of the flight. You would think a one-way would be simple, but no. An hour at the departure terminal, delayed in-air, then sitting on the taxiway for an hour and a half at the destination, followed by more waiting at the gate. The pilot's excuses didn't help any, clearly trying to avoid an onboard riot for a flight in which we waited longer on the ground than we flew in the air. We checked the board afterward to see if any other airlines' flights were delayed--nope, only Frontier, every one. It's clear what happens. They pay the least possible expense for airport services, and are then the lowest priority at every stage of operations, resulting in delays at every phase of flight. The most frustrating flight I've ever had that didn't include actual incompetence or bad weather."

Pros: "The price and the actual flight was quick and the attendants were nice."
Cons: "Stephen Lucero 352936 discriminated against us at the gate. We were the only two people out of everyone boarding flight F9 129 to be pulled aside and asked to pay for a personal item that fit the size restrictions of the metal bag sizer outside the gate. We watched 50+ people walk onto the plane with not issues with multiple and bigger bags. We waited patiently but with frustration for an explanation and he could not offer one. When we asked what the problem was with us he threatened to not allow us to board whether or not we paid the bag fee. He did not take care of our unjust bag payment until 9:11 which was after the doors of the plane were to be closed. Aside from him being rude (which is a major understatement) paying for the bag wouldnt not have been an issue and it would have been justified had we not just flew into Denver two days before with the exact same bags. I was both embarrassed and humiliated and out of money for no reason."

Pros: "Nothing. If I could say that I liked something, it would be that I liked that my flight wasn't any longer than it was."
Cons: "Both planes (departure and returning) were old, dirty, and I have sat in more comfortable metal folding chairs than the chairs on these planes. Frontier charges for everything. They charge for seats that recline, charge outrageously for reclining seats with a ting bit more leg room, their beverage service is not free, only water is not charged. No snacks either. Luggage that is considered carry on at any other airline is charged at $60 at the gate and the flight attendants pander and really push passengers to apply for their credit card. Horrible all the way around and we will NEVER fly Frontier again. Ever."

Cons: "Never having flown with Frontier before, I had no reason to expect what happened. I found what I thought was a fairly good deal on Kayak to fly round-trip from ATL to DEN for a quick weekend with a friend. Little did l know, and certainly NOT because Kayak informed me during the booking process or anytime afterwards, that Frintier charges fees for *literally* everything. Want a soda...sure, pay $1.99. Want to choose a seat (not even a special one, just to know you won't be stuck in a middle seat)...sure, pay $13-$35 dollars per leg of trip. Want carry-on...sure, pay $40. For carry on. Really? So now my $261 deal has turned into a $367 dollar *ordeal*. Would have been better not using Kayak, and will definitely never fly Frontier again. Thanks for nothing."

Pros: "The pilot was nice and the plane was very clean."
Cons: "One flight attendant was yelling all over the plane instead of politely walking up to guests and informing them that the overhead baggage holders were full. Also, there seem to be a mix up with seating as before the plane doors closed, this same flight attendant allowed a guest to move to another seat, only for the ticket attendant to walk back on the plane and inform the flight attendant that she needed those seats. I usually fly with Delta, American Airlines, and in my 30 years of traveling have I not seen such unprofessionalism with regards to miscounted seats and the way the flight attendant handled those customers."

Pros: "Attention to detail. Outstanding miles membership program."
Cons: "Notta thing"

Pros: "I woke up to an email 31/2 hours before my daughters flight was suppose to leave Atlanta informing me that the flight was canceled. Called customer service where the man I spoke with was unable to or unwilling to tell me anything except that "yes it looks like the flight was canceled". His suggestion was to have my sister drive my daughter an hour and a half to the airport to see if there "might" be a flight available through another airline. Frontier did not have any flights going to or near RDU that day.Since my daughter had to be in Raliegh that day I spent the next 10 hours in the car going to get her. I did receive a refund but only because I requested one, otherwise they just don't refund automatically."
Cons: "Customer service represenitives are not very informative. The flights may be slightly cheaper but you have to pay for checked baggage as well as carry on bags. When checking her in the night before and picking a seat in coach my sister had to pay a "fee" for her seat, so an additional fee of $57 dollars for one bag and a seat.... Really?"

Cons: "Although there were warnings that "fees may be applied", I could not find how much those fees would be until 24 hours before my flight when I checked in. Before that, I had actively searched for how much I would be charged for my seat and my luggage both online and on the phone. No answers. I described this process to a lawyer who said there is possibility for a large class action lawsuit. I ended up having to pay $70 in fees (and will again on my flight back home -- probably -- again, there's no way for me to find out from Frontier until I check in). I don't mind fees, but they should be transparent. I will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "I will never fly this airline again! The tix appear significantly cheaper on kayak, so we drove 2 hours out of our way to ATL in the early morning hours thinking it was saving $$$. Only to find at check in that it cost more to bring a small carry on than to pay for it to be checked! It was a west coast flight and it didn't even include a beverage in flight!!! No snack either. Thumbs down. It was certainly NOT worth the inconvenience of driving out of the way, and we didn't save any $ after all. The staff was not that friendly, at it took 30 mins for the frontier baggage carousel to even start up to get the heck out of there. Never again. If it seems too good a deal, it is!"

Pros: "Except for my "complaint," I thought the flight was fine. People were helpful boarding the play. The crew seemed friendly and chatty. I had a good seat (upgraded to the first three rows for extra expense). The monkey white wine was good and the flight attendant was witty and helpful. Thanks!"
Cons: "The only thing that caused me some concern was that the ATL gate on the printed ticket read 1 but the actual departure gate was 1A. At first I went to 1 and the flight information said Trenton and I didn't see the 1A or even go there to look. I found a helpful Delta service personnel who said, "Oh these people, they are never around to help the passengers. I'll help you. He went online at a kiosk in the general hallway and pulled up the flight as departing 1A. Sincere there was no way for me to know about this. I could have missed the flight. Either post someone to direct passengers OR put the correct information on the electronic ticket. Thanks."

Pros: "On Friday, July 8, at DIA airport I waited almost an hour before someone took me to my gate A42 for Flight 122 supposedly departing at 8:10 and boarding at 7:35. Finally, I had to bring this to the attention of the ticket agent as I did not want to miss my flight. Noone came and the poor overworked worker took me at 7:45 -we did not arrive at the gate until 8 o'clock (luckily the TSA checkpoints were NOT busy) and had the flight been on time, I would probably have missed it. This gentleman asked repeatedly for assistance for over 40 minutes and no one came to his aid. I panicked and I want Corporate to know they need to hire adequate help so their customers are not treated like dirt. Once I boarded, the crew was fabulous! However, I am not happy about such a horrible experience. I deserve a refund or free return ticket for my inconvenience. I have flown other airlines and have never had such a negative experience with wheelchair assistance!!!"
Cons: "You all charge piece meal for everything; yet you don't hire enough people - I bet Corporate executives are getting their fair share!"

Pros: "I didn't like too much to be honest.. the crew was friendly.. boarding was okay.. nothing is really standing out."
Cons: "Awful seats. They were WAY too small and I'm a small person (5'4ft 115lbs). They didn't even lean back and they were SUPER uncomfortable ... this airline is doing it ALL WRONG!!! The flight was only 3hrs long too.. and it left me with a very undesirable taste in my mouth.. the "complimentary" water didn't help.. they MADE me check my bag that would have clearly fit in the overhead compartment.. an extra $30 I wasn't expecting to pay.. the flight was so bad that I'm leaving the review.. I NEVER leave reviews.. so.. step up your game Frontier."

Pros: "Each frontier employee was kind and greeted me...usually with their name."
Cons: "I was in the middle seat and paid $6.00 to get a seat near the front of the plan as it is sometimes difficult for me to get to the back with all the pople and sounds as I have frequent vertigo. Right before take off I noticed several rows of seats completely empty and asked if I could move to one of those seats. Supprisingly I was tolld no. When I asked she said because people pay mor for those seats. For the comfort of the 2 other people and myself...I just thought it made since they were pretty much the same. These seats were not being utilized by anyone...no one had paid to sit there..not like Casper the friendly Ghost was on board and it would have made a more comfortable flight . Just found that a little peculiar. Some thing to think about if someone else ever asks????"

Pros: "I loved the price of the tickets. My children spend the summer between Iowa and Alabama. So we travel a lot. I normally drive to Kentucky to meet up with Grandma to let them go north for part of the summer. However, this year I have planned a honeymoon, and even planned going to Virginia two weekends back to back. I thought I would fly to St. Louis from Atlanta to cut down on the driving. (I tend to get sick on road trips anyway, a flight would be nice). I found these tickets for around $50 each. I needed 3. Got them. The flight to St Louis was quick. We landed 20 mins ahead of schedule. (Made my return trip great as I was back on the same plane and was sorta freaking out about making it back to the gate in time) Landed in St Louis walked to baggage claim met up with Grandma returned with time to spare. The return flight was the same. I did not like the seats. I ended up with a massive migraine no fault of the airline but I would have loved to have been a little more comfortable. It has been a long time from my last flight and this one. The price of baggage went up. (As well as tickets which is one reason its been a while) I did notice that the airline is wanting you to prepay for baggage when you purchase the tickets. In the long run makes in SO MUCH EASIER! And with the most recent issues with TSA and getting through security that speeds things up. I paid for one checked bag. And using the frontier site was cheaper than I would have been charged at the airport. Overall I can't complain. I did make it to and from my destination on time and safely. My bag was in one piece. The seats not being the best is a minor detail. Oh. And unlike some of the other flights this one did not offer free drinks and snacks. I've flown Southwest, and Delta I was offered a soft drink and a small bag of something. I was offered to purchase these from this line. Found it odd."

Cons: "There is a lot to complain about with this airline. I cannot comment on the comfort, food not entertainment because I missed my flight. Granted the flight missing was not the fault of the airline however I would have imagined that the staff would have told me in no way would I make my flight with the security lines the way they were. Once we made it through we ran the entire length of the airport to try and make the flight in hopes that they might delay the plane. That's is not the whole complaint because it happens. However; my bags flew with the flight I missed. The ticket agent assured us the bags would get to the destination and I could pick them once I arrived on the later flight (through a different airline). When I arrived NO employees where to be found. The "helpline" not helpful not even to tell me if the bags were there and lock and I could get them in the morning. Instead I was talk to condescending and rude, thanks to Kim in Colorado. I stayed the night over since my home is 3 hours from the airport. Next morning at 8:30 I call to speak to someone, helpline again unhelpful. Could not tell me when someone would be there or anything about my bags. I show up the airport. No staff. I waited for an hour and half for a ticket agent. Once I posted on their social media page that I was unhappy that person told me when they would be there and their hours. NOT THE HELPLINE but I already stood around picked up my bags and was out of there. I will never fly this airline. They nickel and dime you and have terrible customer service."

Pros: "The boarding process was pretty fast."
Cons: "Talk about hidden fees! You have to pay to choose a seat and pay for a carry on. You're allowed a "personal item" that has to fit under the seat in front of you, but what they don't tell you is that the seats are "sardines in a can" seats only about half as deep as traditional seats (so that personal item has to be smaller than you'd think). So let's talk about these seats. They are literally an inch thick. Like I mentioned previously, the seat part is only about half as deep as normal seats. It ended at mid-thigh for me and I'm short (5'3"). Accordingly the tray tables are only a hand's width, put a drink on it and that's about it."

Pros: "The best part about the flight was when we landed in Dallas."
Cons: "The most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. The seats were very hard and could not adjust. There was no information about the flight provided at any time during the flight except for when we were preparing to land. Compared to American Airlines (which we flew with on our way to Denver), Frontier has no comparison. There was absolutely no entertainment provided, and there were additional costs and fees at every turn. Not only do they charge for any and all refreshments, they also charge you to have a carry-on bag. The flight was also very very loud. The cabin rattled and roared for the entire hour and a half flight. We will not be flying Frontier again unless some major upgrades are made."

Pros: "I like that the plane didn't crash. Other than that Frontier's service, from paying for your carry on and beverages and the ticket agents to the flight attendants was, I imagine, worse than a greyhound bus ride. I was able to download the frontier app and get my boarding pass, and make the flight (drenched in sweat from running through the airport) as they were closing the boarding door. Thank god for cardio and determination."
Cons: "There were five ticket agents at the counter when I got to the counter (an hour before my flight). All five of them were helping one person and talking to each other for about 10 minutes. Then one split off to help the next person in line - or just to get a laugh by telling the couple they weren't make their flight and they weren't going to drop anymore bags to the plane because we were close to the 45 minute cutoff before the departure time. Perhaps if they had been working as a team rather than a gang the whole lot of us would have been checked in on time. When I got on the plane (after asking folks in security if I could get in front of them and running like a madman through the terminal) the flight attendant was the pinnacle of passive aggressive annoyance. This was my first and probably last ticket I buy flying frontier."

Pros: "Zip"
Cons: "The hidden charges are an embarrassing way to do business, The flight attendant was inconvenienced by her job, and comfort level was what I would imagine a prison bus must feel like. My return flight was canceled do to weather in Denver, I am fully aware that this is out of Frontier's hands however I commissioned Frontier to fly my wife and I to and from Atlanta; that was the Job I hired them for, to and from. They did not complete there task. They canceled the flight 10 minutes before boarding and didn't offer us a hotel. We got a hotel, a rental car, and made the 1400 mile trek. I would at least expect a full refund. After getting home and relaying our story to friends and family, not one person was shocked at this. Apparently it is common knowledge that Frontier is the world's worst air line. Well Now We know."

Pros: "I liked that i made it to my destination."
Cons: "I do not like that the website does not clearly state that a backpack is a personal item. But here is the con, they say pay now for the bag or pay more at the airport! So of course you pay. On my return and upon picking up my boarding ticket i asked about my backpack and she told me it was a personal item and that it is free. She handed me a ready made slip of paper to call for a refund and said she would make a note in the system to this effect. When i called for my $80 refund i was told well the note in the system only mentioned your return flight so we will only return for that flight. Ok..ok. You see where im going with this. This is a class action lawsuit in the making."

Pros: "The guy next to me on the flight was really nice as were the flight attendants."
Cons: "I was charged twice for my bag. I had one bag. I went to the kiosk to get my ticket and was almost finished. I swiped to pay for my bag as a carry on and an error message came up and said to see attendant. I did. There were three people there who had no idea what was going on. I tried to explain what had happened and they kept interrupting me and telling me I probably was going to miss my Friday evening flight as it was overbooked. They asked me if I'd like to check my bag and I said sure. I agreed because I never finished my kiosk purchase or agreed to pay the fee on it. The attendant takes my card and swipes it. Then said "It looks like you paid twice. Call this number" and hands me a paper with an 801 number on it. The gate and departure time changed several times. We wee supposed to leave at 7:30 and didn't leave until after 8pm. This was an awful experience and I won't be flying Frontier again."

Pros: "nothing to like on a 14 hour mismanaged delay...We did get our luggage refunded. And $10 vouchers for food (not enough) and had to cue for these for a while..."
Cons: "after mechanical delay - they happen - not the issue... But, due to staff negligence on the DEN-ATL flight - my family and I had to suffer a stressful day, that could have been avoided. Issues: No proper updates on times. No one manning the Frontier counter at ATL from 4-4:30 pm - no assitance to get boarding pass to get in, now would the kiosk print it! Once there the lady was NOT helpful or empathetic. We had a tough time through security. Only due to another DELAY did we make this awful flight ATL -DEN. All the incompetence of a budget airline on full display. Get some better management in Atlanta!"

Cons: "A family of 4 with 2 small children sat behind my colleague and I on a 6:30am flight from ATL to LGA. There were 2 small children who disrupted my entire flight. Constant banging on the back of our chairs, slapping the trays up and down for 2 hours, slapping the plane windows, etc. After repeated efforts to ask the parents to have their children stop, the parents could care less about the disruptive behavior of their children. Complaints were made to the crew to no avail. The children were disrupting the entire 5 rows around them. These passengers should have paid for my and my colleagues flight, in addition to their flight, as they cause one of the worst experiences on a flight I've ever had. After this flight, I believe there should be a policy that if you have children on a plane, you should be required to pay more, allowing the people around you to pay less or opt out of having to be seated next to a passenger with a child."

Pros: "I have to admit, I liked the price. And now that I've flown the airline I understand why it has a low price. Which is okay, I saved enough money to cover my parking. I would say that 1st time customers might be unaccustomed to paying for your own beverages and snacks. The thing that struck me as odd was the staffs willingness even eagerness to have a confrontation with the quest. Like they took pride in putting passengers in their place for a few extra fee revenue dollars. The flight was okay, but Frontier airlines won't be my 1st choice next time."
Cons: "Rude staff! Baggage claim in Las Vegas was in another terminal, which I had To catch a shuttle to get to, which I'm sure is determined by fees the airline pays the airport. So the least expensive is not always the best thing."

Pros: "I liked how quick they were checking in and the lady that checked me and my friend in Denver to Atlanta was the nicest and the most helpful Customer Service Representative. She was very kind."
Cons: "The lady that checked me in was friendly and helpful at the front desk in Atlanta but the lady that checked my friend in from Atlanta to Denver that was working right beside the lady that was checking me in was so rude! We were both really tired because we had to leave at 2am to make it to our flight so we barely had any sleep and she asked my friend where she was flying to and my friend accidentally said Atlanta and the lady was just really rude because she made a simple mistake. She was snarky and condescending."

Pros: "The crew workers were amazing nice pilot was driving safe amazing customer services !"
Cons: "Y’all did amazing !!!!"

Cons: "The landing"

Pros: "Arrived to our destination (DFW) on time"
Cons: "I didn’t have a problem flying Spirit Airlines because on their site they had advertised that the middle seats of their flights were going to be left open for passenger safety due to COVID-19. I was in for a surprise once we boarded because they had the plane packed. Majority, if not all, of the rows were packed. I do not recommend and will not be flying Spirit again. It’s not worth the little money saved."

Pros: "None"

Cons: "Ramp agents put the wrong bags on the plane which delayed flight"

Cons: "Good"

Pros: "Clean plane!"
Cons: "Would have liked the seats to recline but ok for the price."

Pros: "Cheap and easy flight"
Cons: "Maybe complementary beverages and snack"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hours, no recoupment of passengers, they could’ve given us free subsistence for their lack of urgency. Flight attendant at the front before bording was rude and showed no empathy towards passengers. Literally told us to get out of the way for the outboarding personnel!"

Pros: "Bad decisions"

Pros: "I got to my destination."
Cons: "This is the cheapest for a reason, and honestly the worst airlines I’ve ever seen. Everything was horrible. 3 hour delay, flights canceled, and people everywhere. The weather wasn’t bad and all other airlines were running smoothly. Also, they charge for everything! Even carry on a and water cost money! Ghetto airlines for sure."

Pros: "N/A"
Cons: "My fly was canceled I lost a day of vacation and money with all my reservations"

Pros: "crew friendly and attentive plane departed at the right time and managed to squeeze out sometime and arrive early which was a nice surprise that happened on my departure and my return trip"
Cons: "My departing flight I was assigned a window seat and got a seat with no window had to sit a bit sideways DFW to ATL and this was totally my fault I did not check the baggage price for checked baggage until after I purchase my ticket totally my bad but I felt like I had to pay to get on the plane twice I should have been more thorough with my ticket purchasing and pricing my fault but I prefer to just pay one fee and be done...."

Pros: "NOTHING! RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH."
Cons: "Everything!worst experience ever!"

Pros: "Great take off and landing... great pilot"
Cons: "Take off and landing."

Pros: "Check in process was smooth without me having seats. The airplane was very clean. Arrived 30 minutes early."
Cons: "One of the flight crew members was rude and seemed bothered by being on the flight. Very unfortunate that I didn't get her name."

Cons: "Spirit was completely horrible , customer service was completely horrible!"

Cons: "Baggage check in fee double in price then other airlines Fee for a bag of pretzels over the top"

Pros: "Great flight, before timing it landed, and got luggage in right timing"

Pros: "Cheap and flight attendants were friendly"
Cons: "no entertainment"

Pros: "I don't like that even water is to be purchased."

Pros: "The staff was very nice. The flight was early."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"

Pros: "Seats were pretty roomy and comfortable. Airfare was inexpensive."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Several flight delays,... finally after several hours flight cancelled due to no pilot. Voucher for a low class Days Inn hotel in a dangerous neighborhood. Next day flight scheduled for 9am...it was delayed again leaving Atlanta 1245. My sister who has cancer suffered a stroke andit was an inconvenience. Some of the agents rude not helpful at all. At all times.es if I'm spending my money..you should be professional at all times."

Pros: "NOTHING I LIKED.. Never even completed- the flight booking to even have a chance to try-fly them... I flew another airline with NO hassles. Yeah.... I WASTED my money by not flying, but I'm getting my 380.00+ worth here and NOT having more frustration with this POS company."
Cons: "I tried getting on their web site to "pre pay" for my ONE carry one and I NEVER could receive an email after registering on their web site to Pre Pay 3 TIMES. I was SO FRECKIN' frustrated that I could NEVER get thru on line. IF I had payed for the carry on at the gate it was going to be a-NOTHER 100.00 EACH WAY and a-NOTHER fee for a seat upgrade-Isle Woo Hoooo... an i-s-l-e seat. I WAS SO PISSED ABOUT THEIR "NO USER FRIENDLY -SOMETHING AWESOME IS HAPPPENING" PROCESS, I BOOKED ON ANOTHER AIRLINE. AAAnnndnNNNd it was CHEAPER than it would have been if I had continued to pay for a FRECKIN' CARRY ON EACH WAY with Spirit. After reading all the negative reviews on line... AFTER ...I bought my ticket, I decided it was worth the money to buy another ticket on a different airline and NOT have the hassles I experienced trying to pay for ONE carry on All caps.. YEAH .. I'm PRETTY PISSED. Lesson learned and it cost a pretty penny, but I'm getting my moneys worth here and now. Save you money and fly with someone else.. It'll be cheaper in the long run and I won't possibly "stroke out" with frustration trying to make arrangements."

Pros: "That I arrived to my destination in time and as scheduled."
Cons: "There was no indication anywhere in the reservation process of the costs of bag checks and the "privilege" of a carry on. I was also never sent an email prompting me to check in online and check bags there. (I'm told it's rather cheap if you do it that way) Instead, I was greeted with a 49 dollar fee for my carry on, and 53 dollar fee for my checked bag. That was bumped up another 30 dollars when I discovered bags above 45 lbs are charged extra on spirit. I ended spending more than twice the value of my ticket just for bags, for markups I was never told of and could not of reasonably anticipated as a consumer. This, combined with less than professional conduct from spirit flight attendants, fellow passengers, and the ridiculously uncomfortable conditions on the plane, means I will never be flying with spirit again, and will trust kayak much less. As a comprehensive trip planning service, kayak should be able to generate plane travel costs, and have options to include associated costs such as baggage, with the price of the ticket in flight price tracking. This is a necessary feature for any company that provides a service like Kayak."

Pros: "Flight was on time and crew were very courteous."
Cons: "Cost per bag. Absence of wifi !!!!"

Cons: "Online check-in did not work, app check-in did not work, kiosk check-in did not work. Despite efforts to save money, I was forced to pay over $110 in additional fees. Service counter attendants were not friendly. I asked if I could fly standby on an earlier flight since I had gotten to the airport 4 hours early. I was told "This is not Southwest, you can't get on an earlier plane without paying $120 for it". Flight was changed to a new gate but wasn't updated on the monitor. I had to check flight aware to see what gate we were at. Flight attendants were rude and boasted about being the youngest flight crew in the sky, which is nothing to boast about. There are many veterans of the sky that exhibit amazing customer service and flight expertise. This Moto degrades those who have spent 20 + years in the sky making sure we are safe and comfortable. I would rather have a former fighter pilot with combat experience flying my plane. So spirit airlines, do I think you being young is an advantage over the other airlines, No. I care about customer service and safety. And I have yet to feel that from your airline. From the check-in counter to the flight attendants, the staff treats customers without respect and then charges you for it. I'm done."

Pros: "Allowed me one extra small bag without fee."
Cons: "N/a"

Pros: "The price"
Cons: "Cramped seats, sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours after landing, the incredibly bumpy ascent and descent. The pilot must've been new"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything...I felt like I was on a greyhound bus, rude passengers, you have to pay for everything (the nickel and dime you to death, might as well take American), and there is literally no leg space for a tall person."

Pros: "Had to buy a new ticket for the next flight because I was late. That doesn't happen with delta or United airlines. Pay $50 to and from for a carry on. Dispeccable!"
Cons: "Had to buy a new ticket for the next flight because I was late. That doesn't happen with delta or United airlines. Not only will I not fly with them anymore but friends and family also."

Cons: "Flight delayed coming and going"

Cons: "Flight was 3 hours late"

Cons: "The fare was not that much less then other airlines. Spirit charges you for EVERYTHING, from your carryon bag to printing your boarding pass at the airport, to water on the plane, and in return they say they can offer lower fares. You pay more for the ticket and extras together then you would have total on another carrier."

Pros: "Absolutely nothing the flight was cancelled after being delayed 3 times. No hotel/food voucher. And the customer service was terrible. Attitudes everywhere."
Cons: "Everything. Never ever ever again. Worst airline Ive never flown with."

Cons: "They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING!!! Every literal thing is a charge and they feel as it's OK to do that. Why would they drop the maximum weight to 40 pounds for your checked bag and still charge you for your carry on bag? They lost a fee customers with this flight experience. Not only will I never fly again with spirit air a bunch of my family won't either. And they need to train their staff of customer service and being polite. Better yet they should do the people a justice and close down the airline all together"

Pros: "It was a smooth flight."
Cons: "Spirit charges extra for almost everything; picking a larger seat, $3 for a soda, up to $100 for a carry on bag. There were some people that didn't know they could only have 1 free personal item, like a purse, and an actual carry on bag had a cost."

Pros: "Not much knee room. Tray table not big enough for a drink but none were offered. Flight not full so there was room to move around. Safe flight is what is important."

Pros: "The crew was funny"
Cons: "It was delayed. They move my seat when I got on to the plane & no one told me. The experience was horrible. Luggage price is very high!"

Cons: "They did not stop other people from pushing their way on even though I had a 5 month old baby and a stroller. They did not help me at all! I have flown delta with her 4 times now and they were so great and helpful. Will never fly spirit again"

Pros: "They provided me with a free beverage to compensate making us split up."
Cons: "plane was delayed, and did not announce delay until after original departure time. Someone was sitting in our seat and the flight attendant encouraged my wife and i to split up. My wife ordered a wine and the bottle had a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of it."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Delayed flights."

Cons: "The airline continued to delay the evening flight all day. I called and asked if the airline could accommodate me on another flight to get me to my destination but said they couldn't. They only offered to refund my money and offered it very quickly as if this happens often. After delaying the flight all the way until midnight I arrived at the airport to check in and once again see if spirit could move me to a different flight or airline. The lady at the counter laughed at me and proceeded to tell me no. The flight ended up getting canceled and the next flight I could be moved to was over 24 hours later. Needless to say I ended up taking my money back and will not be using the gracious $50 credit the airline offered me. After checking the other flight that left later the weekend it was plagued with massive delays also. Not sure how this airline stays in business."

Pros: "the flight was rather on time. the gate was open to the latest time before departure."
Cons: "money for even a glass of water doesn't is kind of offense"

Cheap flights to Dallas, TX

Dallas Travel Guide

When you book a flight to Dallas, you’ll be surprised at what you find. Many travelers will find cheap plane tickets to Dallas throughout the year to pay respects to one of the most influential presidents in American history, and remember where they were the day JFK was shot. Today, trips to Dallas are packed full of football fans, students, business executives and tourists. The diverse city welcomes hundreds of entrepreneurs booking flights to Dallas and tourists who can enjoy economy or luxury accommodations, plus a remarkable restaurant and nightlife scene.

Dallas is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to professional sports. There are three major teams based in Dallas – the Mavericks (NBA) and Stars (NHL) and the Cowboys (NFL) – all followed with passion.

Dallas flights put you front and center near many of America’s most memorable moments – some good, some shocking, but all of them unforgettable. In 1963, America watched in horror as President John F. Kennedy was gunned down as his motorcade traveled through the city streets of Dallas. Years later, Americans booked airline tickets to Dallas and rallied when its hometown sports team, the Dallas Cowboys, brought home five Super Bowl wins and introduced the country to the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders. And many remember when primetime television brought Dallas’ favorite family, the Ewings, into their lives. Whatever your reason for booking flights to Dallas, it’s likely to stir a memory you’ll never forget.

What’s the weather like in Dallas?

Dallas has a humid, subtropical climate. Summers are hot, winters are mild, and spring and fall have perhaps the best weather. Travelers considering booking cheap flights to Dallas during spring should bear in mind that there is a risk of thunderstorms (with fantastic lightning shows) and tornadoes. The winter can get quite cold, even icy, with average lows in the mid 30s and generally just under three inches of snow.

How long is the flight to Dallas?

Getting to Dallas from Chicago takes just under two hours, and flying from New York takes around three hours and 15 minutes. If you’re flying from Los Angeles to Dallas, expect a flight time of two and a half hours. Flights from Orlando last around two hours and 20 minutes.

Which airlines fly to Dallas?

The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is among the busiest airports in the world, ensuring ample options for cheap flights from anywhere in or outside the U.S. via major airlines and smaller carriers. American Airlines, Delta and United all offer flights to Dallas. A few other options include British Airways, Spirit, Air Canada and Frontier Airlines.

What should you pack for a flight to Dallas?

If you’re flying in during the summer, pack for warm, sunny days with temperatures often surpassing 90 F. Tank tops, shorts, a hat and some sunglasses are must-haves, but you should also pack a swimsuit for your hotel pool along with plenty of sunblock. If you’re visiting in the spring, pack rain gear for the frequent storms and showers. For fall and winter trips, pack jackets and jeans for the cooler weather. Don’t forget to bring a pair of comfortable tennis shoes to wear while you’re taking in the Dallas sights.

Getting to and around the city of Dallas

The main airport for travelers taking flights to Dallas is Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). An alternative airport is Dallas Love Field (DAL). To get to the city from the airport, passengers can travel on the Dallas Area Rapid Transport (DART) or on commuter rail system. Taxis, rental cars and shuttles are also available.

The main Dallas sights are easy to get to on foot. You can join any of a number of walking tours. Dallas’ public transportation system, the Dallas Area Rapid Transit, also called DART, runs buses and light-rail that connects the downtown Dallas Convention Center with the West End and other sightseeing spots. At the downtown Dallas Museum of Art, you can hop on the M-Line Trolley, also called the McKinney Trolley, to get to the historic McKinney Avenue area.

Despite all the public transportation available, it is a good idea to rent a car in Dallas. It’s a very big city, and you’ll be glad you have the option should you decide to spend time outside the city. Make sure you know your hotel’s parking policy though. There’s little free parking to be found downtown, and most hotels charge for parking. You will also have to battle rush hour traffic. The highway numbers are easy to find on a map, but many locals refer to them by name, like the Airport Freeway or Central Expressway. If you’re going to Deep Ellum at night, take a taxi.

What are some things to do in Dallas?

Once your plane touches down in DFW International Airport, the combination of warm weather, traditional Texas hospitality and modern Metropolitan fun is sure to sweep you off your feet. Settle into your hotel quickly so you can check out the Sixth Floor Museum, which details the life and mysterious death of President John F. Kennedy. You can also stroll through Perot Museum of Nature to see assembled dinosaur skeletons, or head to Pacific Avenue to marvel at the stained glass from inside the Thanksgiving Square Chapel. Next, make your way to Old Red Museum, an architectural marvel reminiscent of a castle complete with a second-floor museum.

Looking for a little more adventure? Get your adrenaline fix at Zero Gravity Thrill Amusement Park, or explore the city’s public sculptures and other attractions from a sightseeing Segway tour. If you’re looking to wind down, stroll through the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. You can also take a short drive to White Rock Lake Park for biking trails or a relaxing canoe ride.

Dallas is also famous for its dining scene, so whether you’re craving hearty Texas BBQ or multicultural vegetarian cuisine, downtown Dallas is sure to have something to satisfy your taste buds. Don’t miss the chance to visit Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck, a 360-degree rotating restaurant with unbeatable views of the Dallas city lights.

If you’re visiting in October, be sure to catch the Texas State Fair featuring several weeks of truck shows, concerts and a huge livestock exhibition alongside Texas culinary samplings. You can also catch a football game in the Cotton Bowl, or you might enjoy a concert or performance at the breathtaking Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center or the Winspear Opera House.

His hands took off my shirt and my bare breasts were in front of him, because I don't like wearing a bodice. He began to kiss them so that it seemed to me that he would eat me. I crawled down a bit and felt that his boy was ready to take me, so I began to take off his T-shirt, which was Beavis and Bat-Het.

How 715,000 Pounds Of Cargo Moves Through Dallas Fort Worth Airport In 24 Hours - Big Business

On the way to the section of the road where the aforementioned "convicts" worked, a thought struck me, the money was. Needed urgently, there was no money at all, and I decided to go up and talk to the supervisor about the work, maybe he could offer something, guy said that we don't pay them, and you won't work just like that, and the contingent is not simple, well, I went to the garage, rummaged there for a while about my business, picked up potatoes from the basement, and went home already a little Those prisoners were still working, but they were sitting on a smoke break, and the overseer was talking on the phone nearby.

And as I passed them, I heard one of them say, look what kind of boy the boy has, and the others enthusiastically supported him. Knowing that the zone is practicing, so to speak, anal sex with lowered ones, I got sick from these words, I quickened my pace, and carried away from.

He began to suck on my clitoris, and with his fingers entered the vagina. I began to caress my chest with my hands. Then his tongue began to move up and now he caressed my anus. My breathing was quick and deep. Igor tried to stick his finger in my ass.
