Welcome to Odyssey Fun World!

Odyssey Fun World opened its doors in 1995 as a 45,000 square foot indoor facility in Tinley Park, and we have been serving the community as an out of this world Family Fun Center ever since. In 1996, we expanded our indoor facility by adding an 11 acre outdoor park. In 2000, we extended out to Naperville and opened a 55,000 square foot facility. Naperville also houses two outdoor paintball fields and an inflatable kidz park.

Currently, our Tinley Park location houses three indoor rides, a Laser Trek arena, a gaming lounge, and exploration adventure (a four-story tunnel and ball pit area). The 11 acre outdoor park consists of two go-kart tracks, two 18 hole mini-golf courses, nine multi-speed baseball and softball batting cages, speed boats (go-karts on water), bumper boats, and an inflatable kids park. One of our mini-golf courses is wheelchair accessible!

Our Chippers Cafe offers a large variety of foods ranging from grilled cheese to grilled chicken, and its dining area seats over 500 people. With 9 party rooms, we can accommodate parties up to 72 in a single private room.

We have been voted Best Family Fun Center by the Daily Southtown Readers in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005; we were also voted Best Mini-Golf Course in 2003! In 2007, The Daily Southtown & the Star awarded Odyssey Fun World as Best Family Fun Center. We were just named Best Family Fun Center again in 2010 by the SouthtownStar!

We are proud sponsors to many local sports leagues such as The Frankfort Square Wildcats, Tinley Park Bulldogs, and the Mokena Burros Football League. In addition, we also sponsor other little league and traveling sports teams.

Exploration Adventure

The Exploration Adventure is a 4-story tall, soft-play structure designed for children between 1 – 10 years of age & up to 54″ tall (must meet both requirements). Each structure is unique, however, they all encompass traditional ball pits, slides, tunnels, mazes, and more! Socks are required for this attraction. However, if you forget them you can purchase a pair from the ticket booth. Chaperones are not charged. Chaperones or parents need socks to enter this attraction as well. Exploration Adventure closes 1 hour before the facility close or 10pm on Midnight closing dates.

Chipper's Cafe

Chippers Cafe offers a large variety of foods ranging all tastes. With things on the menu like pizza, chicken wings, chicken strips, Italian beef sandwiches and grilled chicken, there is surely something for everyone’s palate.

Go-Karts

The Tinley Park facility proudly features two go-kart tracks. Choose between the tight turns of the Island Raceway or the fast track thrills of the Raceway 2000.

• Must be at least 58″ tall to be a Driver.
• Passenger ride on either Go-Kart track Free
• Passenger must be at least 3 yrs. old & at least 40″ tall.
• If driving a Passenger, the Driver must have a valid driver’s license.

Open on Weekends when weather permits and 7 days a week, weather permitting from 6/1 – 8/31.

Himalaya Roller Coaster

The Himalaya Roller Coaster is for children who are at least 2 years old and is designed for both children and adults.

Ferris Wheel

The Ferris Wheel is designed for both children and adults of any age.

Demolition Derby Bumper Cars

The Bumper Cars are designed for children 42” and up and adults of any age. These are single seat cars. 

Kidz Adventure Park (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

The Kidz Adventure Park features several exciting kid-size attractions, including slides and bounce houses that kidz can jump in all day long. Additionally, they can play on the scooter raceway where kids wiggle their way through the little race course.

• Inflatable Kidz Park Outdoors for ages 10 and under; socks are required
• Includes Unlimited Play

Laser Tag

Laser Tag is a team-played activity, where up to 12 participants split into two teams (Red and Green), and attempt to invade each other’s part of the arena. One Laser Tag “mission” lasts approximately 15 minutes. This includes instructions, equipment distribution, and 10 minutes of playing the game. You must be at least 42″ inches tall to play Laser Tag.

Miniature Golf

Theres nothing miniature about our two 18-hole golf courses! The “Mountain of Doom” corse rises to a 30-ft peak taking players through an abandoned mine shaft and murky cave.

The “White Water Valley” course winds around the base of the mountain and through a ancient Mayan Temple this course also is proud to be one of the few wheelchair accessible courses in the midwest.

Open on Weekends when weather permits and 7 days a week, weather permitting from 6/1 – 8/31.

Batting Cages

Batting Cages are a great activity for birthday parties, group reservations, or for the family that drops by for an Out of this World time! The batting cages use regular tokens, and require a minimum 48″ in height, in order to gain access to the area. Open on Sat/Sun when weather permits and 7 Days a week from 6/1 – 8/31.

Snake Water Island (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

Bumper boats with a twist! Drivers adventure through the hissing jaws that lead to Snake Island.

• Must be at least 44″ tall, boats have a 275 pound weight capacity.
• Passenger Ride in Bumper Boats Ride FREE.
• Passengers must be at least 3 yrs. old and under 52″ tall.

Speed Boats (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

Take a ride on one of the only attractions of its kind in the US. Race around our Island Raceway track against one other person on a hydro racer where staying dry is not an option. There is a STRICT NO BUMPING policy that is enforced on this ride and the attendant has the right to stop the ride at any point he feels necessary due to safety. There will be no refund due to that.

• Speed Boats are for 16year old with a drivers license.
• These are a one seater hydro speed boat which is similar to Go-Karts on Water
