However, the changed platform was improved to be more convenient by allowing you to continue to submit further inquiries when you have additional questions or concerns with the “Start an inquiry thread” button on your tickets page. 

Additionally, this feature allows you to view the entire history of your inquiries and answers in a dialogue box form.
